Each session is hosted by a session leader and follows a workbook outline in tandem with a video presentation. The video is hosted by Mike Tucker of Lifestyle, an award-winning television program on whole person health. Mike shares healthy grieving principles and interviews guests with impactful stories and tips from their grief journeys. Kit includes: Leader’s Guide, Participant Guidebook, and 6 DVDs. The Grief Sessions is designed as a small group course but can also be studied individually.
